Mango Lime Smoothie

I’m loving my green smoothies recently, pretty much every morning it’s my go to smoothie and breakfast. Adding greens to your smoothie is a fantastic way to get all sorts of vitamins and nutrients and can be incredibly alkalizing, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying! What can be better than that?! Of course because I haven’t acquired a taste for just green smoothies I add some of fruit for sweetness. A low glycemic option is usually best but I do add pineapple sometimes for it’s additional anti-inflammatory properties. The mangos in this smoothie though make it just sweet enough but not toooo sweet and the lime combines all the flavours together perfectly!

1/2 Cup Mango (frozen if possible)
1/2 Lime (juiced)
1 Banana
1 cup Spinach
1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Maca
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2-3 Tbsp Hemp Protein
Sprinkle of Bee Pollen

Add everything to a blender and mix! Pour into your fave glass and enjoy. 🙂

    So first off I love your chevron table runner. Second, that smoothie is so gorgeous. It looks huge, so creamy and delicious. I need to learn from you and start drinking my green smoothies in style.
