We seem to be finding ourselves busier and busier as time goes on and for many lunch becomes an incovenience and that’s where fast food comes in. As North Americans we eat far too much fast food in comparison to food prepared and enjoyed at home. I wanted to highlight some really super simple recipes (that you can even make the night before) to enjoy a delicious healthy lunch!

I have to admit I feel the most alert, energietic and satisfied when I get to enjoy my homemade healthy yummy lunches, it’s honestly a great feeling. No 2pm crash, no reaching for candies or chocolates for energy. When you eat right your body knows and thanks you with real nourished energy.
