This recipe is making me dream of hot summer days, sunshine and luscious colourful gardens. It’s a perfect sub for ice cream and much more filling and satisfying. I was thoroughly impressed with the simplicity of this treat as it’s basically 2 ingredients. The little bit of banana just adds to the creamy-ness of this delicious treat (but you can always omit it if you’d like).
Makes 1 generous serving
1 Cup Frozen Mangos
1/2 Frozen Banana
Splash of Dairy-Free Milk
Add everything to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until nice and smooth. Scoop into a bowl, serve and enjoy!
