Chocolate Fudge Bites

If you’re looking for one of those snacks to curb your chocolate cravings without the dairy, refined sugars and unhealthy fats – Here’s a recipe for you! There’s only 3 ingredients and it takes less than 5 minutes to make. These are my new ooey gooey chocolate fudge-y goodness bites.

9 Pitted Medjooled Dates
1 Cup Pecans (or Walnuts)
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder

Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until well blended and gooey. Roll into bite sized balls and place in fridge to cool. Enjoy as a snack or treat and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week!
