Oh Happy Days, or should I just say Happy Friday!
We’ve made it, to another weekend. I always feel kind of funny saying that as if life is so bad during the week.. it’s not. Honest. I just look forward to the weekends, especially in the cooler months when I get to cuddle up with my pup and husband and have copious amounts of coffee and lounge in my PJ’s just a bit longer than normal. And weekends are really when I get to be more creative in the kitchen, they’re the days I get to take my foodie photos in day light which is one of the top tips for foodie photography (see here 😉 but.. since it’s still Friday, let’s have a look at what I’ve been loving lately!
I’ve kinda been slacking in the healthy lunch section… and the healthy breakfast section for the past few weeks.. not sure why, just in a bit of a rut. Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t been indulging in fastfood or processed yuckiness or anything, just not my ultimate healthy smoothies and meals I usually enjoy. SO! I’ve finally got back into making delicious quinoa salads for lunch. This recipe is one of my faaaavvveeees! Quinoa is so great too, healthy, gluten-free, high in plant-based protein.. it’s an excellent choice!

Ahh! I recently got myself a beautiful French Press from Starbucks to make my very own coffee at home and I looooveeeee it! Of course, I love coffee everything, even photos. <3
Because it’s glitter..duh.
Cause we start with coffee… but end with wine.. 😉
