I always find as we get into Winter, the snow falls and the desire to stay inside, cozy and warm increases a hundred fold (especially today!). We also tend to crave a lot more hearty, warming and nourishing dishes with seasonal, rich ingredients like potatoes, squash and beans. Mind you, I crave this all year round!     The white bean stew looks great! Not really the weather here for stews though at the moment 🙂 Just got around to trying quinoa last night for the first time, was pleasantly surprised.
